First part of the project is completed and the stairs look great and feel awesome. They did a great job, and in record time to allow for me to have a stair lift installed. Looking forward to the remainder of the carpets being installed.
Second part of project living and dining room, the den, hall at the top of the stairs and the bedroom are all done now. This part of the job was handled by Gary and Holly, they did an awesome job, they were patient, very polite, took their time and put everything back as we wanted and cleaned up like they were never here. Totally satisfied with Kirby Carpets and their crews. Third part coming soon LOL.

This family owned business is top notch. I was ghosted by an installer who left me with an unfinished project. Derek was professional and here within 48 hours to help. I wish I had known about Kirby's prior to starting my project. I highly recommend this company. Remember...you get what you pay for, don't learn the hard way. Derek, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and excellent workmanship.
Professional, honest, helpful and the hardest working installer we've ever seen. Unusual to find a company that keeps the promises they make and then some. Dealing with a family business who actually cares about their reputation was a great experience from start to finish. Don't go anywhere else, we dealt with these people because of the wonderful things we had heard about them from several friends here in Wasaga. They were not wrong ???.
