I had a very wonderful experience with H&R Block, Wasaga Branch last April 29, 2023. Dana, the receptionist was very courteous and helpful on the phone when I made my inquiry. [Note: I live in Collingwood and the H&R Block branch was fully booked for the next 3days.] Please note that this was my first dealing with the H&R Block as I normally do my own tax return filing. Knowing that it's crunch time filing tax returns, she still accommodated my request to meet with a tax agent without any prior appointment. Great place to get your taxes done quick and efficiently, explaining everything in return. Friendly & helpful staff, ready to take care of your taxes, when you are. They also Have Drop off available, for convenience.Highly recommend H&R Block!

I have been with H&R block for years. This will be our last year with them. Disgustingly expensive! The lady helping us told us the way we were processing our taxes at the time was the best price. I called back to talk about what we were charged and she tells me the price was correct and it would have been maybe $30 cheaper to get cash back..... What? $30 less is better then $30 more. Especially when your bill is over $250. We are very unhappy with the service we received from H&R Block this year.
