We contacted Darrell from Level Up to renovate two bathrooms and do some additional drywall work. Darrell had useful advice and sent a detailed quote, making adjustments based on our choices.
We were very impressed with the quality of work and the care that was taken of our home during the renovations. It was also very nice to work with a contractor that starts a project when promised, and then works non-stop until it is finished.
The two gentlemen who did most of the work were extremely pleasant to deal with and seemed to work well together.

I spent a complete day driving around to find the best deal on flooring I research when I make purchases to find out where to get the best deals and quality I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to finding a good product for a great deal. I went to a bunch of different places started in midland went to Victoria harbour orillia Barrie then finally wasaga the guy working the store was friendly knowledgeable easy to talk to and pointed me in the right direction of what was on sale I found a better product then I originally looking at he didn’t just try and push a sale he looked and said we have lots in the warehouse the couple days I needed to make sure with the wife that is what she liked and wanted went back paid for my order drove directly to the warehouse to pick it up. I seen the showroom there but would definitely recommend going into the Wasaga store because you can’t beat the service or knowledge of the guy I dealt with behind the counterWill definitely be going there for trim and baseboard as well as lighting when I returnWay better products then Home Depot and Rona wish I could of bought dmx 3 in 1 from them only suggestion I can make for that company

Dee and Courtney were awesome! Such a friendly and enthusiastic team. Dee was always available to take my calls and listened to all of my concerns. At certain times, there were other trades people overlapping and working in our house at the same time, but Dee and Courtney always made it work and never complained. I had the most amazing cut from a woman that was incredible at the salon/Barbershop!
Then I went back two months later and had the worst cut I’ve ever had in my life!
Plus, she charged me five dollars more than the previous cut I had! Unreal…
I gave this shop 4 stars because of the previous terrible experience. It’s no reflection on the shop, but on this particular hair Stylist. I wish I could remember her name, Horrible feeling knowing that part of your hair is 2 inches longer than the rest of your hairline! I’ve been cutting it and friends and family are cutting it for me when they see this 2 inch straggler when I’m going out for dinner they are embarrassed for me so they cut my hair in a bathroom. I wish I could name this woman that cut my hair!

She does not forget your preferences and is always ready with advice if necessary. She follows thru on what is asked of her and decided amongst us. Julie is always smiling and down for general conversation. It is a pleasure to be part of a lovely environment. It's almost a family atmosphere. I enjoy my visits and appointments.
