They have been great with me and my car. Even when I dropped by unannounced and still had time to help me figure out what was wrong with my car. Kyle is going to know my car better than me lol. If it wasn’t one thing it is another. Thanks guys for being the best.
I wish I could give this place 10 stars! We were two older ladies, 6 hours from home for a funeral when a caliper on our rear brakes froze up causing a horrible metal on metal noise. I researched on Yelp and liked what I read about Quality Auto Service and Repair. We happened to stop at Walmart for a forgotten item, and while walking in, I noticed an older gentleman who was obviously a local. I asked him where to go and it turned out to be Quality. We promptly drove the 1 km ( about a half a mile) and walked in just as they opened for the day. A nice young man named Kyle assured us he could help immediately. These guys are everything you look for in a mechanic shop
I had a bad catalytic in my car for two years, another garage even replaced it and the problem persisted.
Pat and the guys were able to fix my car at a incredibly reasonable rate and were transparent through the entire process
They’re honest and trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone looks for a great shop!
