First off, my 4 star should be a 4.5, and ONLY reason Ruscan doors didn't get a 5 star was due to a "VERY SMALL" lack of communication about notifying door delivery and manufacturing time back to the customer. But literally that's it!! Alex and Nicole are absolutely fantastic. Dealing with Alex personally at the shop, he answered all our questions and addressed every concern with a professional and knowledgeable approach.Peter the installer is a true gem. Very knowledgeable, excellent work. Vladimir and his associate, came to install our new door. He was extremely professional, explained everything he was going to do and assured us, we will be satisfied with his work. As he did the work, his attention to detail was clearly evident.When the job was done, the door looked great. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.We are very happy wit the overall work!
