I’ve been a member since 2019, and I’m currently at the Woodbridge location. I often work from the café, and I have to say the staff here are absolutely AMAZING! They’re always so kind, accommodating, and truly know how to make a woman feel welcomed and appreciated. Keep up the incredible work!

Bougie gym and I love it - however the pricing seems to keep steadily rising despite me being promised that my rate would never change. The men's locker room really needs a cold plunge.
