I recently hired Gianni from Imperial Sealing to fix my front steps, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions, making sure I was comfortable every single step of the way.
The quality of their work is exceptional. The sealant they used has given my front porch a fresh, new look, and I can already tell it's going to stand up well to the elements. They were meticulous in their work, ensuring that every inch was covered evenly and neatly.
In 2013, I had them do a patio in my backyard and re-graded my backyard to solve a major drainage issue I had. Before I had a small amount of water leaking water into the basement. Took a little longer than estimated due to bad weather, but the end result was worth it. No leaks since the work.Had them come back and reseal after a few years and looked brand new again. After all this time the patio has held up well to the winter. Looking forward to getting my patio resealed again this coming spring!
