I have been coming to Fratellis for a couple years now. I started with hair stylist Luca and will stay with him forever. He is absolutely fantastic, from working with me through my colour stages, to helping me find a style that suits my personality. I won’t go anywhere else!!
I would give 5 stars because my hair colourist is amazing (Negin), but subtracted one star because the hair wash stations are AWFUL. I love getting my hair washed normally but here I dread it. My neck and head get sore then numb and it’s super uncomfortable. I’ve read about how this can even be dangerous (stroke from after salon washes). I’ll change this to 5 star if the sinks are ever made more comfortable!
I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by this fantastic hair technician Afsan, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Her expertise and skill are evident in the stunning results. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch service and a truly enjoyable salon experience. Five stars without a doubt!
