Extremely unprofessional experience. I went in for a fitting but chose not to proceed after receiving the quote. When I asked for my dress back, the seamstress refused to return it unless I paid $50, even though no alterations had been done. She eventually agreed, but only if I paid $30 for unnecessary dry cleaning. She yelled at me in front of other customers, and the dress was returned damaged and no longer fits properly. She essentially held my dress hostage. Very disappointing.

We have been going here for years. It's a family joint. They go above and beyond, take out collar inserts and put them back etc. Alterations are also good. We havr trusted them with them all kinds of special cleaning and they always come through!

Unprofessional cleaners.

Brought my covers and advised the material is cotton and linen, she told me that it would shrink, but did not advise the best way for cleaning. My extra large cover shrink down to small.

Be very careful when you bring your stuff to clean because they do not know what they are doing and do not even care.
