We had never done any renos before and were nervous about horror stories we had heard about from our friends who had done projects with other contractors in the past. Yan and his team made this whole process as easy as possible and communicated with us at every step, and never applied pressure to go over our budget. Nazar and Mila are gems and always responded to my questions, of which there were many.
