When needed Jonas and/or his team are very quick to respond. No matter what the issue I only want everything to work properly without a lot of back and forth. This is how this company works! Very knowledgeable, polite and understanding!

Always have had a wonderful experience whenever I ran into any IT issues. Got responded within minutes, excellent customer service. Jamie and Jonas are very pleasant over the phone.
They have a strong understanding and knowledge of EMR , Microsoft and all IT issues that I wouldn't understand at all !!!
Appreciate the service and know our clinic always have our back when in trouble.

I have worked with Adeptivity for the past year or so.
