I would recommend this company to do renovation work. I hired them to finish my basement at my rental property and paint a second rental property. The company representative was professional and explained the renovation project. The company provided me with a written agreement prior to starting my jobs and included full 5 year warranty. The dealings I experienced with workers were polite, friendly and they all seem skillful at there work. I provided the company with a standard 1/3rd deposit and the rest of the contract balance was broken down into 3 payments based on the work being performed.
