Amanda was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, and is clearly very passionate about her work. She did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows and shaped them to complement my features. I decided to try RTB Lounge out after seeing an ad on Instagram. My first time here today with HBK was superb. He took the time to explain the cut and what would work best with my hair. Probably the best cut I’ve received in Ottawa and I’ll definitely be back. A good young man who knows what he’s doing. Book with HBK, you won’t be disappointed.

An excellent and quick service in Vanier for centretown Ottawa. A quick and speedy response to my needs. I had lost my key and needed to re-key the front door lock as we live in a high risk area. Fortunately, I found my original key in my shirt before the keysmith started his work. He said "I am happy for you!" I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said no need. He was just happy for me!
I have the pleasure of dealing with this garage on multiple occasions for the past several years. I have never been let down! They always take care of my needs in a professional, timely manner. One of the best & affordable barber shops in Ottawa and everyone there is friendly, especially that lady, she knows how to cut my hair and don’t really need to ask her when I’m there. I’ve been going there ever since I have moved to Ottawa.

Kim is a great person and talented hair dresser. She is the only one I let cut my hair! You know it’s a good cut when it grows out nice. I stumbled upon Kim’z place a couple years ago, and cannot get it cut anywhere else. I sometimes go longer than I should between haircuts just so I don’t risk having it done by anyone else!Highly recommend

I have been using Habitat for my snow removal and never had any problems. They have always been there early in the morning, removing snow, The owner even sent someone to dig us out of the snow piled up on the front port after a storm.

Had a marvelous and meticulous bio-gel manicure here last night, topped with Opi Bubblebath gel polish and a pearl chrome powder. I love how natural and elegant this looks. They're my nails but better, super shiny and healthy looking. Great customer service, everyone stayed late to make it perfect for me.

Lovely staff and comforting space. I had one of my pet rats euthanized here in January, and the other passed at home and was cremated in May. It's a bit pricey, but I think that's to be expected of a veterinary service anyway. The only reason it loses one star for me is because the first time I had one of my girls cremated, they said ink pawprints would be included and when I got home they weren't in the bag. I was absolutely devastated at first, but then called, and they said they had the pawprints, but I had to come pick them up. The second time I was there, I had to ask them to check that the pawprints were in the bag, and when they looked, the pawprints were not in there and they had to go and grab them. Both of the times this ordeal happened, I found it to be quite upsetting, especially because I was picking up the remains of my beloved pets.I think as a business they deserve five stars but for my personal experience it's only four. Photo included is the beautiful urns of my two sweet girls.
I have been going to Kim for a barber cut/fade for the last 4 months, and she has consistently delivered a clean, classic style. I have never left her shop thinking that some part of the cut needed to be fixed, or that I didn't get what I asked for. On top of that, this is the most affordable hairstyling I've gotten in Ottawa. Kim seems to know her craft well, and is always approachable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend seeking this hidden gem out if you've got short hair.
I like Theresa and I have been filing with her for years but I almost gave her 4 out of 5 because I can't reach her and I am about to lose a house I fell in love with because I need a T1. I wish she could see this message and check her voice mail and answer me.
I have been a customer here for about one year. My cuts and color have never been better at competitive prices. Zak and Tony are both fantastic people and the salon is clean and modern.

Had a dishwasher and a new faucet installed. Overall, Axel did satisfactory work and in a timely fashion; about 90 minutes. There was a minor issue with a piece of the cupboard trim that fills the gap beside the dishwasher being knocked off, but this was partly due to the weak fasteners (staples) used on the original construction. Cundell was prepared to return but I was able to repair it myself.
