DO NOT HIRE this company. Dan ( the owner) is unprofessional and provides low quality work. Delays and no shows is their specialty, yet demand the money for work that isn’t completed properly. We had purging work done to our foundation and patio stone laid down last summer. The Purging work crumbed away after one winter, when attempted to contact the owner he completely ignored several phone call and text messages. This company also had to return for repair on six different occasions to fix their mistakes. I can’t say enough good things about Dan and his team. I called him last fall to do the weeping tile and blueskin around the entire perimeter of my property after another contractor did a terrible job. It was only a few weeks before winter, but somehow Dan found a way to fit me into his schedule. He charges a fair price, and he’s efficient and professional. The work he did was at a rental property I own, and he accommodated my tenants and neighbours while completing the job. The proof of his workmanship was this spring. Dry basement, happy tenants. Everyone wins. Go with Advanced Construction. He’s a man of his word and will respect you and your property.
