My buddy PC Hassan introduced me to Muay Thai and told me to check out Richmond Hill Muay Thai and come in for a free session. I have been loving it ever since. I have been training with RHMT for almost 2 years now. Kru Ryan, Kim, PC Jen and PC Hassan are all great people and they have built an amazing community over there. For over 6 years, I have been seeing Mandy (Ching-I Tsai), who is THE best RMT that I have ever been to (and I have had many massages from RMTs, even at high-end / luxury spas in many different countries). I have followed her to every clinic she has been to and I'm willing to drive across the city in Toronto traffic just to see her. No massage experience that I've had since meeting Mandy ever compares. She is so incredibly talented, attentive, kind, and is able to intuitively pinpoint exactly what your body needs. Her technique is like no other, and I always jokingly say that Mandy is a magician... because every single time I visit Mandy, I leave feeling completely "fixed", relaxed, and rejuvenated - which has significantly improved my quality of life (I work in an office and spend an exorbitant amount of time sitting so I have a lot of upper body pain). If you are especially someone who prefers deep tissue massages, she will not disappoint. “A great clean gym facility at a reasonably fair price. Lots of space and equipment, so can still work out ok even during busy hours. Now also open for extended hours, which is great. And recently updated some equipment (imho, some of the old replaced pieces were better, but whatever).“

“Been going to this gym for 2yrs and I like it. It can get incredibly busy sometimes which is a bit frustrating though. The womens change rooms are clean and the gym in general smells clean. Theres also a place to buy protein shakes and snack in the gym which is nice as well. Wish they were 24hrs“

Christopher took the time to understand my fitness goals and came up with exercises that were both challenging and fun. “My son went to the “I’m a big kid” program to get ready for JK. Miss H and her staff put a lot of effort into instilling good habits and following rules while keeping the programming fun and engaging. His behaviour became noticeably better at home after joining the program. He’s had a very seamless transition to JK thus far and I give all the credit to Miss H and her staff for preparing him! For anyone who has a child not going to daycare, and want to prepare for JK, I would highly recommend this program!“
