Took my iPhone 10S in for repairs. Phone would not boot up, stuck in continuous boot loop. Tom fixed my phone same day.
Moisture damaged the Face ID connection.
No more Face ID but I will need a new phone soon anyway.
Fair price and good service.
I was so stressed because I could not get into my emails or banking due to 2 step verification all going through my phone.

Quick(ish), thorough, fixed. My iPhone had a shattered/cracked back. The guy I dropped it off with was nice enough. But the guy I picked it up from (the technician. Wears a mask) desperately looked for the other guy to deal with me (he wandered off somewhere ?♂️) but then dealt with me after a min or so. He was SUPER rough around the edges (which is why he probably doesn’t typically deal with customers ?♂️).
But I didn’t come to feel warm and fuzzy inside. I came to fix my iPhone. And that they did at the cheapest price around (I called about 5 places in the wide area). I would recommend.
i came in with less than 5 hours notice and Tom and his colleague fixed my broken camera within 30 minutes at our scheduled time. his tests were great and i got a 60 day warranty. definitely a kind person and business looked very good. i most definitely recommend and will definitely will suggest this store to other friends and family of mine.
i appreciate it! will definitely come back for battery replacement when it gets lower.
