This is a little store in the New Kennedy Square shopping mall's main building, which holds many small vendors. A Chinese lad owns and runs it. She is an extremely pleasant lady. The service is good. Dress alterations are only $30. This store was opened Jun 2006. The store is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms in the building. Highly recommended! This shop provides clothes alteration service. Amy the owner at Glamour helped me change the faulty zippers for 2 jackets with excellent craftsmanship, she went extra miles to find matching coloured zippers for us. I'm very satisfied with her works, customer service, reasonable charge and delivery lead time.

I did alterations on my fall coat and it turned out perfect. Prices are amazing. She’s patient and listened to my request and made professional recommendations. I will be back with many of my other items!
