This is THE BEST Spa in all of Eastern Ontario! The staff and the owner are very nice, knowledgeable, up to date on the latest trends and always accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them.

What a delightful treat in Trenton! I’ve lived here for almost 7 years and this was my first time at “it’s your body.” Boy, do I wish I had discovered this customer & community oriented spa sooner! The pedicure and facial were relaxing and expertly done with products were lovely and not overpowering. And the conversation was pleasant and thoughtful. I felt pampered and well cared for.I’ll definitely be back to experience the other services they have to offer!
