My company's 10th generation iPad screen ended up cracking so suddenly, and my IT department was not helpful, which led me to visit Xwireless. Nikhil was transparent from the start (over the phone) and when I came into the shop, to drop off the device. The repair service was prompt and the price was competitive, compared to others I inquired with. I highly recommend, if anyone needs to have their mobile devices checked/repaired, to come here for exceptional customer service. Thank you again, Nikhil!
The best service ever! Thanks to the XWireless team for repairing the screen of my Note20 Ultra, it is kind of difficult to find this screen new and they managed to get it even tho I wrote them very late at night! Great price and super fast service
This store is one I can easily recommend. I was cautious of getting my iPad repaired, but the owners here made the process so much easier. I came in with a broken charging port that was quite heavily damaged and exhibiting very weird symptoms, but the team identified the issue quickly. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair via phone calls, informing me of what exactly was wrong and time estimates. Ultimately, the issue was fixed within a super timely manner for the severity and I was charged a reasonable amount for the service. This store is extremely transparent and makes the process stress-free which I absolutely appreciated!
