We worked with Chris Smith and Woodsmith Construction Inc. on a full design-and-build renovation of our home in Riverdale in 2022/2023. The project included a one-storey rear addition, reworking the ground floor layout, a brand-new kitchen and even landscaping the backyard with a patio extension and BBQ station.

I hired Chris Smith and Woodsmith Construction Inc. for a major renovation of our semi-detached home, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The project involved reworking the ground and second floors, adding a rear extension, raising the ceiling height, and fixing the sloping floors on the second floor.
