I have regular wax services at WAXON with Ericka and she is very dependable and thorough. I find the rest of WAXON team very pleasant and approachable. Also, I have to praise WAXON for its super clean and esthetic environment!
Latifah never disappoints! however, this location hardly ever answers the phone! Which is not surprising given 90% of the time I’ve visited for an appointment the desk has been empty.. very frustrating!
Booked with Pina for my first ever brazilian wax. She was kind, professional and made the entire experience so comfortable. She spent the time explaining the process to me, chatting to fill the space and assuring that the temperature of the wax worked. The attention to detail is astounding and she was so gentle- thank you so much! I look forward to my next visit (:
