They gave us a very detailed contract, far more lengthy and detailed than any other offers we got, explaining everything, leaving no confusion, with some of the most fair terms and conditions we've seen. They gave us a very fair price for the amount of work that was done. They protected both our and our neighbours' properties with tarps and barriers. They ensured safety by blocking all doors under which the holes were dug. They worked very hard, completed the project in the amount of time expected, cleaned up very well so that everything was left in immaculate condition.
