I always use Vivid to clean my rugs and furniture. I have a big dog, so I call him in once a year or so. He's always on time and he always goes above and beyond. Best customer service!!

I contacted Vivid to clean a woven rug we inherited. It was old with years of wear, but good quality and we wanted to gift it to our daughter. Vivid explained I could save some money if I drove it myself out to the plant they used northwest of the city, but the convenience of pickup from and delivery to my home more than justified working through Vivid. The process was great: picked up when promised, confirmed that the rug could be washed & dried with minimal shrinkage and delivery of the cleaned rug (now bursting with colour!) on the date and time promised. It was a very satisfactory experience. I'm happy to recommend Vivid and give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
