Amazing work done on my rug. My puppy had a couple of accidents on it and I was never able to fully get rid of the smell. Not only that the odour is gone, but the rug looks brand new. So beautifully cleaned. I would highly recommend their services (very reasonable priced).

I always use Vivid to clean my rugs and furniture. I have a big dog, so I call him in once a year or so. He's always on time and he always goes above and beyond. Best customer service!!
