“Everyone at the clinic is amazing. They treat my dogs with respect and always follow up after every visit. We had been through everything with them and I have to say, I travel far to see them every time. They are quick to respond via email and on the phone and definitely address simple things that do not require a visit. Dr Emily and Dr. Candice operated our babies and they were super well taken care of.
We even had emergency situations in the best and they were super helpful in supporting in every step of the way.

We have now had to make the hardest decision a pet owner ever has to make. She helped us through the decision with kindness compassion and speaking of her experience and what she has seen. “Yesterday we got our dog Lapro Spayed. We seen Dr. Karissa Ali who was very welcoming, knew exactly how to approach our Shiba, and explained everything to us throughly. The spay was done by Meaghan Roque, she updated me throughout the whole process, gave me a call and explained everything and made a cute bravery certificate, and sheet with all the information needed for the healing process and going home. We found this super helpful and was patient with all my questions. Our doggie is healing well, and drank and ate the same day. Thank you to everyone at the Jane Animal Hospital! This will be our choice of vet for any check ups or anything needed <3“

“Dr Hung had previously taken care of my partners previous dog and was a recommendation from her family. I can definitely see why when we brought our 10 year old Yorkie in for a checkup. Everyone in the clinic was super sweet and gave our dog Fifi so much attention and treats. She was so nice that she waived our check up for free and gave actual honest advice. Before Willowdale, we had taken Fifi to spadina animal hospital and only received advice where they wanted to push every single sales opportunity. For example, tests and various operations. From now on we will only go here even though it's a little further away from downtown core but at least it's a peace of mind.“

“Brought our cat for check up as he didn’t feel good. I guess the doctor did examination as needed however kept telling us that we needed to buy extra meds and examinations that were unnecessary. When we came to pick him up, the staff immediately told us to pay the remaining balance without greetings or talking about the cat. Overall, it was ok.“

“Having been a Dundas Euclid client for about 15 years, with occasional visits to other clinics sprinkled in, I can say with confidence that DEAH stands out. The veterinarians and techs are not only kind and knowledgeable but also deeply passionate about animal care. I've consistently received exceptional care, especially during the more difficult visits (thank you, Dr. Asotra!). They were also instrumental in my recent approval of a foster. I'll keep bringing all my dogs here because they're simply the best.“

“Staff are very kind and knowledgeable. We are facing a tough situation, with (for us) high expenses (almost $3K for surgery + recovery, plus $800+ for imaging, bloodwork etc.) with just an "OK" chance of even surviving the surgery. And frankly, money is unusually tight due to illness in the (human) family. The vet was frank about the chance of survival, and offered (before I could ask!) options like skipping some imaging, and scaling down the bloodwork, whatever is manageable. Very helpful. It was a hard conversation but an honest and kind one. We will do our best for our pet, and I am confident that The LinKs team will do their best as well. A+“
