8 year old Penny has been strutting into this vet clinic since she was 8 weeks old, and let’s just say, she acts like she owns the place (and honestly, she kinda does). Whether it’s nail trims, gland squeezes (not her fave, but she’s a champ), or routine checkups, the team always treats her like the queen she is. Shout out to vet Claire's dog Aero is an OG member of the Lucky Penny Pet Care pack and Penny absolutely adores them both!
Anytime we’re even remotely in the area of the office, Penny pulls toward the door like it’s her favorite treat shop. She gets right up on the scale with no shame for a treat! That’s how much she loves the crew here.

My tiny dog recently had surgery with Dr. Claire Keeley at VCA Mt. Pleasant-Davisville Animal Hospital, and I am incredibly thankful for the care he received.
Dr. Keeley was calm, professional, and reassuring throughout — but what truly touched my heart was the compassion and kindness shown by all the vet techs. From morning to afternoon, every single one treated Bozhi like their own. Their gentleness, patience, and genuine love for animals brought me so much comfort during a very stressful day.
Thank you to Dr. Keeley and the entire team of vet techs for taking such amazing care of my dog !
i just wanted to say thank you to the staff here, i was taking my dog to the vet (knowing i would be putting her down since the meds and fluids weren’t working and she was suffering there wasn’t anything anyone could do) but we did not make it and my girl passed the rainbow bridge in the car in my arms about 20 seconds before parking. the staff had come out to help me bring her in particularly eva, they made the whole situation more calming and peaceful for me. the vet tried to bring her back but she was already gone. they didn’t charge me for anything and let me sit in the room with my baby until i was ready to go which was about a hour (they were going to close)...read full review
