I go to these guys all the time to clean out the charger port in my phone since it gets filled with dust from working construction. They’re very nice, friendly and super helpful. Always giving me the best advice on how to take better care of my phone
Replaced battery and backplate to iPhone 12. The guys there were great in terms of helpfulness, honesty, good attitude and very informative. I dealt with Jonathan, but his colleague was equally helpful. The only critique is I had to call to follow up to see if parts were delivered, but they’re busy, so all good.
This Mobile Klinik has just the greatest, sweetest staff who really go above and beyond to help you!
I had a small issue with my Samsung phone; unfortunately the parts were on backorder and my warranty expired soon so they suggested I go to the Samsung experience store in Yorkdale. Unfortunately, the service there was absolutely horrible (I have posted the full story on my review there) and they were completely unwilling to help. Thankfully, Johnathan helped me through the problem, even speaking to the staff at the Samsung store.
