This company was a nightmare. They used too much water, destroyed my carpet and then promised to return to fix the problem but never showed up. Do not use this company. They only have one subcontractor and would not take responsibility for the damage caused by him.
I just had my carpet cleaned and stretched by TRK Carpet Cleaning North Toronto. Fine job and very helpful staff. They didn't question anything and just did the job they came to do. I am impressed.
