Incompetent and rude! Couldn't take the stain out of my jacket, neither my tie. When I asked for a refund, he said he'll refund me if I throw it in the bin. I'm speechless!

I have been a client for the past few years not because they were the best, just convenient. The couple who run the business, have absolutely no personality! Two weeks ago, I dropped off my expensive top to be dry cleaned & they totally ruined it for me & wouldn't accept responsibility. When I questioned them about my top, he became extremely rude with a vicious attitude. Be careful people with your precious clothes & don't leave their store without checking! I would never go back.
