Trilogy Physiotherapy - Downtown Toronto

Attended for therapy recently, Jane Emblem is the physiotherapist. She has been very helpful, and patient. A pleasure to work with. Everyone at the clinic is professional, helpful and very pleasant. Will definitely return and recommend Jane to anyone in need of a therapist.

I have been going to Trilogy Physiotherapy on Adelaide East for help with a knee injury. Everyone is very professional, the facility is clean and comfortable. Phil Howell has been the therapist and has been incredibly helpful. He listens, offers great advice, and has exceeded my expectations. He is an excellent physiotherapist, and I would definitely recommend him and Trilogy.

I can honestly say “life savers”, both for me and my father. A friend of mine recommended Trilogy after I had a back injury due to some exercises at the gym. Jason was incredible! I was able to go back to my normal life after the sessions and haven’t had any pain since then. Second time, my knee dislocated and Heather was awesome!!!! Such a beautiful person and so talented, my knee feels great! I have been going to Trilogy for the past few months for a couple different issues and Jane has been really great at listening and also helping me understand the sources of the pain I was experiencing in my knee and hip. The sessions have helped speed up the recovery and I am moving pain-free.
The staff at the clinic are very friendly and they are very efficient and I have never had issues with wait times. I highly recommend Trilogy and especially Jane for anyone looking for a physiotherapist.
