Wow!! We have not turned on our gas fire places in 12 years since our first born was a toddler. Our youngest is now 8 and I doubt anyone would "play" with the fire place controls. After so many years with no use, Sam let us know that it was rusting on the inside like a car, if the car hadn't been used in 12 years. He cleaned and worked for an extended amount of time and was able to somehow bring our gas fireplaces back to life. Sam was friendly, professional and took the time to teach us how to use different functions of the fire places that we didn't know how to use. I would recommend this company.
