I ordered the Pastel Dream Mixed Rose Bouquet for my friends birthday, along with some red velvet cupcakes and a vase. Although my friend was happy with the gift, I was a little disappointed to see that the arrangement looked much different from what I ordered. I understand that florists can't always have the same flowers available, but they could have kept the colours similar and not over saturate the bouquet with a flower that was never in the websites photo. The flowers look great and they delivered right on time! Ordered flowers, a vase, a custom note, and they even threw in some complimentary chocolate. Overall a positive experience and they were very helpful on the phone.But avoid using Apple Pay on the website, it will change the mailing address and you will have to cancel and remake your order.

I placed a substantial order from the US to a friends address in Toronto for his 50th birthday, and the delivery was made flawlessly which was a relief, but what impressed me was the quality of the enormous bouquet, and the exceptional array of cheeses, chocolates, and local wine which was included. Even the birthday card was unique and special, and made my friend's milestone birthday more memorable.
