I haven’t been to Tight (yet) but ordered products on line and they were delivered fast and free shipping to Yellowknife which is so rare. Approached Karmen with some business questions and she was really supportive and happy to answer all my queries. I’ll be in Toronto in the fall and really hoping to stop in for a treatment!

I’ve been a customer for years, mainly go for Dysport but have done forma facials in the past.Service - The injectors here KNOW what they’re doing, my face always looks amazing after. They’re so knowledgeable and kind. Karmen, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. She is so attentive and responsive. The first time I did Dysport it was settling in on my face and I was worried about the look. I was in Banff when I expressed concerns and she actually was prepared to find me a good clinic in the area to call and make sure they treated me well (it ended up settling in fine and this wasn’t necessary). I went to see Adrianne for varicose vein laser, and I want to say how much I appreciate her honesty in pointing me in a different direction. The fact that she and the Tight Clinic did not just do the procedure to make money off of me really shows how genuine the work that they do is. Their end goal is to make you look and feel your best in the safest and most healthy way. I will definitely be back to try out other services and support their business.
