Great cut - Bad Communication I really love the cut Bob gave me and was anxious to return for a repeat of the happiness I felt with cut # 1. I was really disappointed that although the vaccine passport gig is finally up and not required... they still asked for it. Not only that but I was not informed prior to my arrival. It was not a requirement when I went for my first cut. I did not get a confirmation email. Further to this it is not listed as a requirement online. Masks and sanitizers yes. No mention of the Vaccine Passport. I had an uncomfortable moment where I was forced to either submit my papers or bone my stylist for the hour I had booked. If I had known in advance I would never have booked. Perhaps not an issue to some folks but a huge one for me forcing me into an uncomfortable situation.
I went yesterday after being burned by other salons. I have dark brown black ish hair and I wanted blonde balayage. As a mom with a 8 month old this place an amazing place to treat yourself. I felt welcomed from the minute I came in. Offered free lattes and wine. All the staff were friendly and worked together. But Lindzie the girl with the pink hair was amaaaaaazzzing. In general I’m shy and sometimes get socially awkward in these situations. But she was sooo nice and it felt like getting your hair done by an old friend. The photo and comments that I asked for was exactly what I got !!! Nailed it. I have never left happier from a salon. I highly recommend Lindzie her Instagram shows all the amazing colours she does and has the talent to back it up. I’m just so impressed and happy and have got countless compliments and it’s only been a day and my hair feels amazing ! Black to blonde normally makes my hair frizzy and dry and it’s just as nice as my Natural non dyed hair I can’t even feel a difference.
