Recently, a customer service employee went above and beyond by locating a needed box of flooring and calling the customer back, which made a significant difference in their day. Another customer highlighted the great service from Roula at the Pro desk, noting her attention to detail and the store's cleanliness. Additionally, Fahid in the flooring area provided excellent assistance, showcasing a variety of products and helping customers get a deal on a discontinued item. While staff can be difficult to locate sometimes, overall, customers leave feeling satisfied with their experience.
As new homeowners we have now realized why people become hardcore fans of Home Depot. Prices are good and it's very convenient. Special shout out to JENNIFER and LIYA, who definitely outstand for their warm approach and going above and beyond to help customers :-)

We had to exchange it because the first one was too big and again no problems. He explained everything perfectly and we felt super comfortable with him. He deserves recognition. I’ve visited the Home Depot on Eglinton in Scarborough a few times, and it’s usually a comfortable place to shop if you’re working on a project or need quick supplies. Parking is easy here — big outdoor lot with plenty of room. Inside, aisles are wide and labelled clearly, which makes it easier to move around even with carts or big boxes. The lumber and hardware sections are usually well-stocked, and I’ve found staff in those areas to be helpful when I needed to confirm measurements or part sizes. Prices are typical Home Depot — not the cheapest, but good when items are on sale. Checkout speed depends on the time of day; mornings are usually faster than late...read full review
