the WORST DRY CLEANING experience I had: there’s an evident stain (and some others not in the pic) after cleaning. Confronting to the lady, she literally said to me “it’s clean”, I can’t even believe what I heard, this is an unqualified cleaning store, I’m furious.
Awful customer service, terrible attitude!!!DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!YOU WILL 100% REGERT!!!!!Wouldn't tell me how much the alteration gonna cost, just saying not gonna be much. And the bill was so high, way more than expected.When I was trying to ask if I can get a discount since I got similar alteration services before at other locations but only got charged for 30% of the price.She was literally being rude and saying I was being ridiculous???And she suggested me to go earn more money so that one day I can come back to get my jacket back.It was such a terrible experience, I wouldn't suggest anyone else risk to experience the same.
