I worked with Sarah on my custom engagement ring and had the most positive experience. She was thoughtful and patient with all my design ideas and gave great suggestions. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants someone who is talented, kind, and honest like Sarah and her team to work on custom jewelry with.
My partner and I were encouraged to go to TDW from a friend who also made their wedding bands here. We did the special booking wedding band workshop and it was such a unique and super fun experience for us! Melissa and Sarah are great and they are wonderful guides for people who never make jewelry! Get ready to sand, sand, sand! Haha!
They make themselves available for you too if there’s any issues after you bring the rings home. I would very strongly recommend this shop to others!
As I live pretty far away from Toronto, all the work was done remotely. The whole process was made incredibly accommodating and I felt supported every step of the way. The final product was everything I hoped for!
