Exceptional experience! I called this company to just get quotes on changing my locks. I got into a conversation with Dave and I was amazed at all the options that were available to address my particular needs. Because of this, I decided to use their services even though I'd already gotten a cheaper (not by much) quote from another company. My experience was great at this point. It became exceptional when Dave turned up to do the work. He knows everything! Avuncular by nature, he is just wonderful to deal with and just brimming with information and resolutions! I just went to this boutique to copy my key after going to a shoe repair that couldnt copy it (they worked on it twice). It was 50% cheaper than the shoe shop and the key worked at the first attempt. I really recommend this boutique! The staff is super friendly and they can copy your key in 10 minutes.

Nice Lock shop; great service.They were able to make a copy of a very old key ?️ that most hardware stores don’t carry.I would recommend them if you have a lock&key or safe issue outside the norm.They also have some fun shaped keys.
