On Wednesday, November 26, I casually walked into the store to consult on the repair of the broken zipper of my winter coat without too many expectations when passing by. Previously, I was told by other alteration places that to fix the problem, I would need to have the zipper replaced, and the cost would be $50 a few years ago, and $100 this year. The customer service is top notch and they have over the years taken any and all requests no matter how odd (once they essentially rebuilt my whole jumpsuit to fit me better).
