This a beautiful spa, but I found it was lacking amenities compared to other luxury spas I've been to. I was late from getting lost in Toronto, and they graciously moved my appointment back so I could have the full time. I was having a facial, which limited my ability to use the steam room. I wish I had been notified about this prior to arriving so I could have planned to come earlier. They did offer for me to return, but as a traveler, this unfortunately didn't have any value for me. I have been going to Stillwater for years before Renos. My first visit back since the updates! No hot tub or pods but the space was lovely. The waiting area rest lounge was comfortable and there are delicious desserts. The menu rotates but lucky me the caramel black sesame tarts and scones were amazing! Sloan teas and some juices are available to order and free of charge. The wet and dry sauna in the change room were great. The space is smaller but the service is still top notch and a wonderful spa experience.

It was my first time to visit still water spa!Massage was really good with Samantha.Facilities are new and clean too.Receptionist and worker? are very kind and gave me little spa tour.Only one thing i didn’t like was steam sauna was not steam and hot enough
