I’ve been going to Jane since 2 months now. I’ve struggled with tail bone pain, hip immobility and shoulder pain. Jane is a kind, patient and considerate therapist who is very competent and intelligent. She’s found ways to fix all of these issues one by one. I didn’t even know they stemmed from my pelvic floor. I would recommend her to everyone I know just because she’s so thoughtful and holistic in her approach. She’s a pleasure to meet every time and I look forward to my appointments. Thanks Jane!

I went to Jane Bai hunched over, with pain in my neck and back. In a few short sessions Jane diagnosed the issue, treated the affected muscles, gave me stretches and exercises to do at home, and took the time to explain everything along the way clearly and compassionately. What a pro! Couldn't recommend more highly!

I went to Jane Bai for pelvic health physio therapy before I had my first baby. She made sure that all of my concerns (and anxieties) were addressed and that I felt prepared before giving birth.She was very understanding and empathetic to the issues I was having during my pregnancy. I wish I would've gone to her earlier so that more of my aches and pains could've been remedied earlier! She's also very aware that not everyone's insurance plans have great coverage so she would check in to ensure the amount of sessions and session durations she recommended would still work within my coverage and what I could afford.I would absolutely go back if I find myself having any issues...read full review
