I've been going to Ashley for a few years now for waxing, and I can't recommend her enough. She cares about her clients, and she is great at her work. Out of all the times I've been over the years, my skin only reacted slightly badly one time (nobody's fault, just sensitivity). Not only was I able to communicate with Ashley for advice for care, but she remembered and kept it in mind in her approach for all my subsequent waxes. Have been going to Smooth Wax Bar since 2018 because not many places understand what 'double dipping' is.. They are the only wax bar i know that don't double dip!!! Prices are super reasonable. Have recently been waxed by Palak and Ashley.. Both are great!! Let me just say that the entire team is amazing!

I visited Smooth Wax Bar for the first time yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the results. I was honestly a bit nervous going in but Ashley was an absolute gem! She was kind, understanding, and made me feel completely at ease by walking me through every step of the process. She was also very accommodating with my last-minute requests. Fast, efficient, and incredibly skilled Ashley delivered amazing results! I’m so glad I found this place; it’s officially my go-to wax bar in Toronto. Highly recommend!
