That was my first ever massage. Rosa, my massage therapist, was very professional, knowledgeable and she made me feel at ease. I enjoyed my massage thoroughly and I can feel it already helped me. Thank you Rosa.
I’ve been to many clinical offices before however the staff here are very courteous and welcoming. The vibe is very intimate and natural. Pedro was amazing for my intake. One of the therapists came in and striked a conversation with me whilst I was waiting for my physio before even taking her jacket and hat off. Typically employees will just rush past you which made the environment feel very calming.Finally, the actual appointment went amazing. Dr. Zoheb was very calm, and informative as he was going through the appointment so that I could understand each step of the way .The place is very clean and organized which is always a plus. I always get my massage from Ekaterina, she is the best. The staff is friendly and the facilities are kept clean and tidy.The place is a little small and walls are not soundproof. I don’t mind it since there’s relaxing music in the background and most of the time I’m asleep.
