I had the pleasure of meeting Kia 24? years ago when I was having an issue with a very old computer. He came out of his way, after business hours to help resolve the issue and when he couldn’t repair it in my home, he took it with him and then dropped it off for me. If/when I have any issues, big or small, he is always helpful and accommodating.
