I had a great experience at Roncesvalles Apple Specialist. The team provided personalized and solution-oriented service. I was in Toronto and needed help with a complex issue related to purchasing a new device and trading in an old one. The store team was extremely friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them!!

I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to after the absolutely incredible service here! My partner had liquid damage on his laptop and the team here was so quick, informative, and empathetic. They were able to restore his device, save all of his documents, and rent us a laptop to use while his device was in service. 100% recommend coming here if you need any support for Apple products!!!
