WARNING I would think twice about hiring or working for this individual. In the beginning working for Shaun was good, he paid the first couple days then started every other day until it was weekly. I could understand, but then came the promises to pay and days without payment. Another employee also complained to me about him not paying them. I brushed this off because I trusted him and figured he had good reasons. This was far from the truth; Shaun will act like a victim and try to screw you over if given the chance. He hires people he knows he can manipulate and him telling me he's a Veteran, I had the most respect and trust for him. What Veteran treats another fellow citizen like that? He will say he has work for months and promise other jobs. He does this to keep you focused on the work and making you work harder knowing he's planning to can you. First it was the property owner didn't pay him, and then his truck had a flat tire the day he was suppose to pay me.(I was reading a review here about the same thing, ghosting and tuck problems) Then he ghosted my calls until he needed me to come back to work, and held part of my pay. The last payment was suppose to be the max he has ever paid me, and I had a feeling I would never see it. Sad to say he hasn't paid me anything and after I said "I'm reporting your business" he stopped ghosting my calls then lied saying I messed up something on a job site with no proof, no images, nothing. Then I remember him telling me he kicked a guy off his job site because he "messed up" and didn't pay him. He makes himself out to be the victim but I should have seen these red flags. Very disorganized, unprofessional, he gets frustrated easily then throws a little fit leaves and sits in his truck vaping and napping. Be careful of the people on Kijiji STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON

This contractor agreed to do my kitchen backsplash and was in constant communication with me. The day he was supposed to show up, his truck broke down so he couldn't make the job. We rescheduled for the next day. I took another day off of work for this. He didn't show up, pick up any of my calls or respond to my messages the next day. I would think twice about hiring him as a contractor, it is very unprofessional, especially because he knew I had to take an additional day off of work.

Sean and his guys did a fantastic job on my two piece condo bathroom. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them professionally. The project was completed quickly and exudes a high level of craftsmanship. I would not hesitate to make use of his services for future projects!
