This place was awesome from when I was given the time of arrival (2 hour window). The technician that came was polite at the door told me the company name and his name and handed me their business card.He asked me if we have had this type of cleaning done before "steam". Explained that it's actually hot water extracting spraying a cleaner on the carpet & upholstery ahead of time then going over it with the machine. He showed me the dirty water at the end before dumping it down the toilet. Would HIGHLY recommend them .

Recently hired Reliable Carpet Care for a cleaning service and I couldn’t have been more happier with the results. They were able to accommodate our request on short notice and did an excellent job. The team was punctual, thorough, and professional, and even receptive to our suggestions. Their supervisor even followed up promptly and even conducted a thorough post-cleaning inspection. Such a great company!! This is the 2nd time I’ve used them. The technicians, Dave and Jamie, came today to clean 3 floors of carpets in my home. They were prompt, charming to deal with and very careful with my house. They removed an old stain that I thought couldn’t be cleaned. Everything looks amazing now. I’m having their upholstery team come next week to clean several chairs. I highly recommend this company.
