Patrick arrived this afternoon and, very quickly, updated our communicator to 5G. He let me ask questions - my favourite - and even helped me to add new codes for other people. He did a great job and was very helpful. We have been Protection Plus customers since 2009 and are very happy with them! Thanks Patrick!
