Some of the spikes in my gutter were loose and popping out. Eugene came with a creative solution of replacing them with gutter screws, instead of hitting the old ones down. No issues ever since. Thank you! I recommend this company.

Proper roofs was very prompt to reply to my enquiry for an estimate and had someone come the same day to write up a quote for me. Eugene was very patient with all my questions and provided me with multiple options suitable for my budget. That being said, I chose to go with this company because of fair pricing and understanding. The job was completed, above expectations. I had a few shingles ripped off due to storm and I panicked thinking I had to replace the whole roof which was done three years ago but he was honest and helped me out to do the just the repairs needed. So I’m very happy
