Some of the friendliest staff i’ve encountered among all the petsmarts! they let you meet the cats just with a walk in and every employee i’ve talked to here is super helpful. I adopted my cat here and the process was so easy thanks to the staff.

I totally recommend this place because of the employees I had a lot of questions about my pet cat and the lady was patient and helped me get what was best for the cat. Now this is the place where I go to get everything for my pet.

It was ok other than stepping on pooh and almost falling. I wouldn't have been a happy customer if that happened. With dogs walking around you would think this is a common problem and that someone should make sure it's a safe shopping experience. And the pooh was right in front when you came in. So it's not like an employee wasn't looking at it.
