He stopped by for a visit and confirmed that it was an ongoing issue. Within two days after calling, Michael booked us in and performed the treatment as we had discussed. He also gave us some really good tips on how to make sure this doesn't happen again. Michael's baiting system is cheap and effective, and can be DIY'ed. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work that Michael did, as well as providing advice. He is responsive and answers the phone when I call. “I had found and killed what looked like a bed bug, so I called this team for an inspection. They were available the next day. I chose the dog inspection and even though it's more expensive, I think it is totally worth it because it gives me peace of mind (especially if eggs are hard to see). My technician Shaharyar was SUPER thorough. He and the dog inspected all likely hiding spots as well as places I personally was nervous about; he didn't dismiss or ignore any of my suggestions for places to inspect. We ended up finding an exoskeleton but no live bugs or eggs, thankfully! Shaharyar also answered all my questions about bed bugs and gave me advice on how to reduce risk of future occurrences. I called on Thursday and they came the next day to do the install. The person that helped me on the phone was very helpful and responsive to my inquiry.
The staff member that did the install was friendly, polite and completed the installation so quickly and was considerate about noise and taking off his shoes.

“Called on a Wednesday close to 10pm and they picked up. Of the list of companies I called they were the only ones who picked up. Understandably certain larger companies operate during business hours only but Will picked up and answered all my questions, definitely a benefit of dealing with small growing businesses like this. I’m sure it isn’t their standard to always pick up in late hours but the fact he made an exception and did goes a long way. I was assisting a client of mine find someone to help with their roof raccoon intrusion, have passed his contact to them accordingly to deal with the matter. He also followed up same night with a text, great service so intend to keep his contact for any other clients of mine needing animal control. The pricing is amongst the fairest I’ve seen too, would highly recommend.“

“We ask for a quote online over the weekend because we thought there were termites in our backyard (we also attached a photo for them), and we received a call on Monday morning. The lady on the phone kindly told us that these were not termites but citronella ants, and no need to worry. Our problem is solved without spending a penny.

They do charge a premium, and to me it is 100% worth it to not have to turn my entire apartment upside down, unlike the prep required for other companies' treatments.
